How do I customize invitations?

Once you've selected the collection items you'd like to order, the customization process begins. When you add an item to your cart, a dialogue box will appear prompting you to choose quantity and paper color, and to provide details that will be printed on your collection item. Once you have added all items to your cart, you will proceed to checkout where you'll be prompted to indicate a text color and tartan for your entire order. Upon completion of checkout, your customization details will be sent to me and I will design your invitation suite exactly to your specifications.


Will I get proofs before my invitations print?

Within two business days of submitting your order, you'll receive PDF proofs of each item in your order. At that time, you'll be able to check each collection item for accuracy, and to request changes. One round of edits is included in the listed price. Once you are satisfied with the proofs, I require written (email) approval to send your order to print.

Prior to ordering, you may order paper and ink color samples at any time.


When will I receive my invitations?

Orders ship within 7 business days of proof approval. You'll be notified by email and provided with a tracking number when your order ships.


Do you offer custom pieces that aren't available on your site?

I offer custom wedding programs upon request. Because the nature of programs varies so widely from ceremony to ceremony, I don't offer these as a ready-made item on my site. Please email me at hello@tavishandloch.com if you'd like to order programs to match your invitation suite.
